2. After the order is placed and payment is completed, the customer will be notified of the pickup time by email.
3. Please be sure to fill in the correct information (such as phone number, MAIL and other contact information).
4. If we are unable to accept your order due to special circumstances such as natural disasters or man-made disasters, we will contact you by phone, email or the order message on the site.
5. If the product has entered the production schedule, we will not accept changes to the order content, including items and quantities, for any reason. You must choose to cancel the order and pay liquidated damages.

Pick up in store
1. Please reply to the email with the pick-up time and pick up the goods in the store, and please show the pick-up order number for verification.
2. If the item is not picked up after the time limit, no reservation, refund or replacement will be given.
3. If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters that result in business closures or other special circumstances, you will be notified of the pickup time or cancellation according to the contact information you left in the order.
Home delivery and pickup
1. Cake delivery is high risk. Gentle_K.Dessert will thoroughly check the cake before shipment. However, Gentle_K.Dessert will not be able to compensate for minor defects in delivery.
2. If the cake you receive is seriously damaged, please take a photo and report it to Gentle_K.Dessert IG customer service.
Unsubscribe & order modification
"According to Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the "Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Communications Transactions": Goods that are "prone to corruption, have a short shelf life, or are about to expire when the contract is terminated" fall under the proviso of Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act So-called reasonable exceptions. 1. The cake products sold by Gentle_K.Dessert are fresh foods as defined by the Consumer Protection Act. Therefore, after the goods are shipped, unless the goods themselves are seriously defective, consumers will not accept unconditional returns.
2. Please notify us of order modifications 3 days before shipment.
3. If the order cancellation is notified within 3 days before the original pickup date (not including the pickup date), it is a violation of the transaction contract, and 50% of the order amount will be charged. This includes raw materials, personnel, credit card processing and other related fees.
4. If you cancel the order on the original pickup date, or fail to pick up the goods after the time limit, 100% of the order amount will be charged because the goods have been produced, and no refunds will be provided.
5. After confirming the return order, the refund will be completed within 15 days by remittance or credit card (please contact the card-issuing bank for the actual refund date) after deducting the default amount.
